A little Update...

Done a little more to the painting, another horribly low quality picture, but what the hell.

Started a few bubbles here and there, but there's still allot of work to be done. I'm not satisfied with the hand or background yet. But Mr bubbles is cool.

'Embrace The Tide.'

Just an artwork update. Basically the artwork is being done on some fat off canvas, the top end being the back of the EP, and the front being the bottom end. I've taken a low quality picture of the top part of the canvas with the hand near completion.

College is O.V.E.R

So, college is pretty much over, any work i do for college now is taken from my free lance work - so its all good...

I still have alot of work to do - but after its all done I'll have my self a respectable portfolio.

Hopefully i will be doing some work (in the near future) with my friend Callum Best - an awesome designer who shares a similar grotty style with me.

Can't wait to get my Behance portfolio looking good at last.

Work Updates

I'm pretty swamped at the moment work wise...

I have to finish my college work for this year, pretty heavy stuff, and have allot of work to do for a band called 'Embrace The Tide.'

For them i need to do;

- EP hard case cover,
- T-shirt design,
- Designs that can be used in a 'Myspace' layout.

They're a pretty sweet band, check them out - similar sound to 'Exit Ten.'

On top of that i have a few competitions I'm waiting to enter - Good times!
I want to get involved with the competitions over at 'Infectious' for skateboard designs, and I've also been given a letter regarding the 'National Illustrators Association' competition, from my college tutor.

Busy times - But nothing to complain about! I'm just looking forward to getting my first year of college done so i can get some more freelance work done...

New illustrations!

So I've started to expand my horizons and use the Internet to it's full potential...
I now have an online portfolio at www.behance.net/HarveyDormer

I've found myself a style I'm comfortable with, and have been spending every spare minute i have expanding on it, so I'll have some new work uploaded ASAP. (The uploaded work doesn't by any means represent the quality of my current work...)
